Block Out Material

ProCure now has a low viscosity, pigmented light-cured resin in syringe form that is excellent for blocking out models. This unique resin can be used in a variety of situations including bleaching reservoirs, die prep situations, and filling voids and chips in prepared models. The kit comes with five pre-filled 1.2cc syringes and 15 tips.

Tips can also be ordered separately.

Boley Gauge

The Boley Gauge is the definitive dental tool used for a variety of procedures both in the laboratory and clinically. It’s perfect for determining dimensions of length, width, and thickness in millimeter increments.

Coated Abrasive Adhesive Solvent

The Coated Abrasive Adhesive Solvent is essential for removal and repositioning of bands on plastic model trimmer back plates. Apply liberally to a cloth and rub on plastic back plate. It dissolves cyanoacrylate cements. Safe on skin, metal, plastic, glass, and porcelain. Non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-staining. Available in a 4 oz. bottle.

Dia Glaze

Dia Glaze is a polishing medium that obtains perfect surfaces of ceramic restorations. If ceramic is fired at too high of temperature in order to obtain a gleaming surface, it can appear artificial inside the mouth. Then, natural looks can only be achieved through polishing.

Dial Caliper

This precise Dial Caliper has a full measuring range from 0-10 mm. The scale is clearly visible due to an oversized face for easy reading. Simple to operate, saving time and effort.

Die Hardener

This Die Hardener cures, seals and creates a smooth plaster surface. The hardener is absorbed by gypsum and does not build up any dispersion layers. Use on wax-copings yields the best results. The hardener is also stain and water repellent.

The Die Hardener is also recommended for inlays and partial bridges within the margin line area. For the remaining areas, spacers have to be used. Not suitable as base because of insufficient bonding between spacer and hardener. Spacers can be affected by the solvents of the hardener.

Die Lube

This Die Lube is a quick-dry lubricant. It flows smoothly on any surface and contains no mineral oil. It evaporates quickly into a microscopic thin film that doesn’t lose detail or fit. Available in 4 oz. and 32 oz.

Die Spacer

These Die Spacers are fast drying and heat resistant. It provides an excellent uniform seating of the restoration. Comes in 1 oz. bottles.

Double Dowel Pins

Our Double Dowel Pins are state-of-the-art twin pins with die guards and sleeves. They are easy to use with a Pindex Machine. The pins add stability which eliminates rotation. They also are extremely precise with no distortion. Available in 1,000/Pk. Also, Rubber Sheets are available in 1,000/Pk.

Double Sided Metal Calipers

These Double Sided Metal Calipers are a perfect calibration instrument for metal or wax. Metal and wax instruments sold separately.

J-Pin

This J-Pin is a die locating device with positive 2-point indexing. The all-brass piece is made with retention wire. It can easily be bent to 180-degrees and fixed into an impression. Available in Small Anterior (805-JT) and Medium Universal (805-JS) all in 500/Pk.

Keybond

This Keybond has a thin viscosity for hard-to-bond surfaces.

Offset Pin Saw Frame

This offset Pin Saw Frame uses 5" blades. Also available is an Opti-Saw (off-set) with 12 blades.

Permabond 910

Permabond 910 is the original 100% methyl cyanoacrylate adhesive that adheres excellently to metal surfaces. The low viscosity liquid allows rapid curing at room temperatures when pressed into a thin film between two parts. It will cure to fixture strength in 10 seconds on most surfaces and rapidly develops high strength with fully cure obtained in 4 hours.

Permabond 910 is formulated to be less aggressive to sensitive plastic surfaces such as Styrofoam, polycarbonate and ABS. The cured adhesive is an inert plastic that is resistant to most chemicals and has a greater resistance to high temperatures.

Pin Saw Frame

This Pin Saw Frame is for 5" blades. Frame is adjustable.

Plug-It

Plug-It contains a special cyanoacrylate material of accelerator and base that permits a controlled setting time. The item is useful for filling air bubbles, basing up decay areas and short cusps, stabilizing dies during finishing procedures, and connecting bridge segments.

Reverse Dowel Pins

Reverse Dowel Pins are economical plastic stabilizing pins. They are tapered to insure fit with most drills. Best used when removing die is required (porcelain veneer).

Saw Blades

We offer various pinned Saw Blades. The sharp, precise blades have 18 teeth per inch. Available sizes range from 4” to 5” in length. Also the sizes range from .055” wide, .065” wide and .110” wide along with .010” thick and .007 thick.

Slaycris Slik Die Lubricant

Slaycris Slik Die Lubricant is good for all types of C&B work. It’s water soluble and especially useful in reversible hydrocolloid technique. Available in a 4 oz. bottle.

These Stick Dowel Pins are made of all brass.

Swiss Cut Offset Sawframe

The teeth of this Swiss Cut Offset Sawframe are machined by our precision setting process that guarantees a cutting performance unequaled by any other blade in the world. The blades are made of the finest alloy steel that lasts longer and stays sharper. The rounded back design makes it easy to cut straight.

Our unique temper process allows the blade to be incredibly flexible and long lasting. The pinned blade size is: 5" length, .055" wide, .010 thick.

Tri- Dynamics Hardener

Tri-Dynamics Hardener is dimensionally stable and easy to work with. Gives an overall aesthetically pleasing finish. Bulk Hardener comes in a 10 oz. jar. Filled Hardener Syringes come in three different sizes (3cc, 5cc, 10cc) and comes in 12/Pk.

Tri-Dynamics Tri-Epoxy

Tri-Dynamics Tri-Epoxy is a new advanced formula that is dimensionally stable and aesthetically pleasing. It’s easy to release from the mold. All boxes include 12 epoxy resin jars, 12 epoxy hardener syringes & 12 stirrers.
