The Versacryl Reline is not a regular "soft reline" material. It is a heat sensitive liner that softens in warm water between 120˚F - 205˚F. At body temperature the Versacryl has an extremely comfortable cushiony effect that yields to pressure and actually creates better suction than conventional soft liners.

Versacryl is a cross-linked acrylic denture material guaranteed to create a chemical bond with all other denture acrylics. Versacryl is available in Heat Cure or Self Cure and no special equipment is needed to process.

The ProCure Tray Material comes in a soft, pliable and ready-to-use wafer. The trays
can be quickly formed onto model to make a fast accurate and stable custom
impression tray. A handle can be attached and the tray shaped while in softened

Dappen Dishes

We offer both glass and disposable Dappen Dishes that work great in various dental applications. The glass Dappen Dish is made of solid heat-resistant glass. It’s thick and heavy base makes it stable and protects from spills. The dish is ideal for mixing acrylics, amalgam, resins, sealants and other materials.

Disposable Dappen Dishes are made of special thermoplastic material which is impervious to all dental materials. The dishes are designed for quick and easy mixing of materials such as prophy paste, fluoride products, composite materials, acrylics, cements and amalgams.

NFC Clear

The Pro-flex NFC Resin also is in clear. It is used to make hard but slightly flexible
splints. This combination of characteristics allows the technician to make splints that
flex over the height of contour, over any irregular dentition and provide splints that
require no further retention. The flexible nature of the finished splint coupled with the
hardness of the NFC resin makes for comfortable yet long-lasting splint.

NFC Resin

Pro-flex is a semi-flexible acrylic that has been chemically altered to give the final
appliances both strength and semi-flexibility. This material is excellent for making
flexible clasps, sub-lingual flexible flange areas, semi-flexible partials and splints.
It can be polished, shaped, relined, and repaired like regular acrylics. When this
unique product is coupled with Pro-flex strengtheners, a semi-flexible, durable, strong
appliance is produced. NFC Resin is available in standard packaging of 120 grams
of liquid and 160 grams of powder or bulk package of 720 grams of liquid and
960 grams of powder. Denture/Partial Intro Kits also available.
